🧾 Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the individual tour or service page:
- ✅ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour
- 🔁 Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance
- ❌ No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the tour
- 🕐 Changes or reschedules allowed up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability
💡 Flexible Rebooking Option
Not ready to cancel? No problem. You can:
- Reschedule your booking for a later date (subject to availability)
- Convert your booking into travel credit valid for 12 months
We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Services
Some services, such as:
- Hotel bookings with specific terms
- Private custom itineraries
- Tickets to attractions or events
may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
